Some of Mark’s proficiencies include experience with the following technologies: Microsoft servers, network infrastructures, help desk solutions, telephony systems management, ERP packages and desktop computing.

Throughout his career, Mark has worked for small privately owned companies to Fortune 50 conglomerates. Mark's deep understanding of the IT industry has allowed him to assist his community with their technology and telephony needs since 1983.

Joe possess twenty-five years of IT experience. Some of the technologies he has mastered include: All PC architectures, including: IBM-PC, XT, AT, 386, 486, Pentium clones to today's multi-processor solutions.

Joe has extensive life-cycle experience with Internet Service Providers, where he has successfully built data centers.

As a "hands on" technician, he has installed configured and debugged hundreds of Local Area Networks, and their supporting computers.

Additionally, Joe possesses expertise with Asterisk (VoIP) phone servers. These servers have saved his clients tens of thousands of dollars over higher priced, less functioning telephone systems.
